Long Form Musical Improv

This six-week class is designed for performers ready to take their musical improv to the next level. Students will learn how to sustain a full-length improvised musical, building stories that feel cohesive, dynamic, and satisfying while still hilarious and spontaneous.
Along the way, you’ll sharpen your fundamentals with feedback on musicality, explore group choreography, and strengthen your ability to create characters and songs that carry a long-form story forward. The class will emphasize weaving individual songs into a larger narrative, balancing playful invention with the discipline of structure.
Whether it's your first time or you've taken this class before, Danielle and Francesco like to focus on your individual goals to help you grow as a stronger, more confident performer in musical improv. You'll be encouraged to take risks, explore, and develop your unique voice and skills as a musical theatre improviser in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment!
